Just recently I noticed a flurry of PR releases and internet traffic on the subject of Magix Video Pro X 1.5. so I decided to take a look at it and was pleasantly surprised at what I found. DivX for Mac

Well it’s good news and bad news today so lets start with the good news. DivX announced that they have finally released a version of their excellent DivX Pro encoding software for Mac users. DivX is probably one of the best compression codecs on the market today providing amazing quality from tiny file sizes. ArcSoft Launches Standard Definition to High Definition Upscaling

I recently came across this press release from ArcSoft announcing the release of an interesting plugin for their TotalMedia Theater software. Basically the TotalMedia Theater software allows you to playback all kinds of media on your computer or output to a TV/Entertainment center…nothin’ fancy there! Lot’s of companies have something like that. The interesting part is the plugin they have developed for that software.
