Apple iFrame

Perhaps Apple is planning their new iFrame video format to really be just that, nothing but h.264 I-frames. If so that would be a great leap forward in the disaster that is high definition video editing. Unfortunately they have also decided to impose some strange resolution restrictions along with the mix.
